From the Far East to the South West, I have lived, travelled, eaten and cooked, giving me a broad experience of different cultures and their food and an extensive palate of flavours to work from. After a career in the arts and fashion industry, I was trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine where I completed my Diploma with Distinction. After seventeen years of banqueting, private and restaurant work, I still hold to the saying, “you are only as good as your last meal” and work hard to make every last one memorable.
