Wild mushroom arancini, Baby crab cakes, Bouikos with shallot and garlic yoghurt


Persian saffron chicken kebabs, served on Lavash bread with grilled peaches and cherry tomatoes. Lamb mishmishiya: lamb meatballs in a rich sauce finished with dried apricots and orange. Spinach, potato and feta Baklava. Buttered almond cous cous. Hzik: Charcoal grilled vegetables salad. Carrot and butternut fritters. Griddled little gem and chicory with tahini and pomegranate. Spiced beetroot puree.
